The shock-resistant protective floor comprises a panel and a vibration isolator arranged below the panel, the vibration isolator is of a hollow structure with one end sealed and the other end open and comprises a top plate and a web plate, one end of the web plate is connected with the top plate, the other end of the web plate is connected with the supporting base, the web plate is made of a high-resilience material, and the top plate is arranged below the panel. The buckling load critical value Fc of the web is larger than the static load Fm of the anti-impact object, and the web is of a variable-thickness structure. The variable stiffness effect is generated by changing the structural state of the web, and the impact transmitted from the supporting base to the lower limbs of a person in the blasting impact environment can be absorbed. Under the normal condition, the vibration isolator does not generate obvious deformation; when the vibration isolator is subjected to blasting impact, the instant impact value Ft of the floor is larger than the buckling load critical value Fc, the web plate is subjected to buckling deformation, the dynamic stiffness of the vibration isolator is reduced, and the buffering energy absorption effect is improved. And after the external impact disappears, the web rebounds to the initial position.

    本发明提供了一种抗冲击防护地板,涉及爆破冲击条件下的人员及设备保护技术领域。抗冲击防护地板包括面板和设置在面板下方的隔振器,隔振器为一端密封另一端开口的空心结构,包括顶板和腹板,腹板的一端和顶板连接,另一端和支撑基座连接,腹板为高回弹性材料,顶板设置在面板的下方。腹板的屈曲载荷临界值Fc大于防冲击物体静载Fm,腹板为变厚度结构。利用腹板的结构状态改变产生变刚度效果,可吸收爆破冲击环境下从支撑基座传递到人员下肢的冲击。在正常情况下,隔振器不产生明显变形;受到爆破冲击时,地板瞬间冲击值Ft大于屈曲载荷临界值Fc,腹板发生屈曲变形,降低隔振器的动刚度,提高缓冲吸能的效果。外部冲击消失后,腹板回弹至初始位置。
