Each remote upgrading unit comprises a unit controller and a plurality of controllers of the charging piles to be upgraded; the unit controller is connected with a first memory, and the to-be-upgraded charging pile controller is connected with a second memory. In the data transmission process, all data packets are ensured to be obtained on the basis of data integrity verification, and when the data packets are missing, only the missing data packets need to be retransmitted on the basis of the numbers, so that the data transmission time is saved.
