The invention relates to a structural part, an automobile and a manufacturing method of the structural part, and belongs to the technical field of automobile structural parts. The structural part comprises a supporting part, a lightweight block body and an injection molding layer. The supporting piece comprises a plurality of layers of prepreg fiber boards which are hot-pressed together, the lightweight block body comprises a foam material in a set shape, the surface of the foam material is coated with a wrapping layer, and the wrapping layer comprises prepreg fiber cloth; the resin matrix of the prepreg fiber cloth in the wrapping layer on the lower surface of the foam material and the resin matrix of the prepreg fiber board in the supporting piece are fused into a whole; and the injection molding layer wraps the outer sides of the supporting piece, the light-weight block body and the wrapping layer to form a complete shell of the structural part. On the premise of meeting the pedestrian protection requirement, the problems of poor dimensional stability and poor rigidity are solved, the lightweight block can prevent the injection molding layer from collapsing in the high-temperature injection molding stage, the dimensional stability of the product structure is guaranteed, and the impact absorption capacity is high; the light-weight block and the composite material plate are integrally wrapped outside through the injection molding layer, so that the problem of layering and dissociation caused by failure of a bonding material is solved.

    本发明涉及一种结构件、汽车及结构件的制造方法,属于汽车结构件技术领域。结构件包括:支撑件、轻量化块体和注塑层;支撑件包括多层热压在一起的预浸料纤维板,轻量化块体包括设定形状的泡沫材料,泡沫材料表面包覆有包裹层,包裹层包括预浸料纤维布;泡沫材料下表面的包裹层中的预浸料纤维布的树脂基体,与支撑件中预浸料纤维板的树脂基体熔为一体;注塑层包覆于支撑件、轻量化块体和包裹层的外侧,形成结构件的完整外壳。本发明在满足行人保护要求的前提下克服了尺寸稳定性差和刚强度差的问题,轻量化块体可以阻止注塑层在高温注塑阶段的坍陷,保证产品结构的尺寸稳定性,具有较高的冲击吸收能力;通过注塑层在外部整体包裹轻量化块体和复合材料板,解决了粘接材料失效导致的分层解离问题。
