The gas path system with the high-pressure gas cylinder as a gas source provides pressure compensation for the thrust assembly so as to ensure that the axial pressure of the thrust assembly is within a rated range, and the problem that the use environment is limited by motor power is solved. Meanwhile, the advantages of accurate control and large stroke of the motor are fully exerted, and the buoyancy adjusting precision and the adjusting range are improved. Compared with a traditional oil bag type scheme, the working medium is gas, the problem of pollution caused by oil leakage is avoided, and the overall weight of the device is further reduced. In addition, a mechanical interface is arranged on the outer side of the device, so that the gas cylinder can be more conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the constraint on the volume of the gas cylinder is reduced. The whole device is small in size, simple in structure and easy to operate, and a plurality of devices can work cooperatively in an actual application scene to achieve the effect of adjusting the pose of the underwater robot.

    本发明公开了一种自适应压力补偿浮力装置及调节方法,属于浮力调节技术领域。通过以高压气瓶作为气源的气路系统为推力组件提供压力补偿以确保其轴向所受压力在额定范围内,解决了使用环境受到电机功率的限制的问题。同时充分发挥了电机精确控制以及行程大的优点,提高浮力调节精度和调节范围。相较于传统的油囊式方案,本发明的工作介质为气体,避免了油液泄露造成污染的问题并且进一步减轻装置整体重量。此外在装置外侧设有机械接口,可以更方便地对气瓶进行拆装且降低了对于气瓶容积的约束。整套装置体积小结构简单且易操作,在实际应用场景中还可以实现多个装置协同作业来实现对水下机器人位姿调整的效果。
