    本发明涉及驱动装置领域,尤其涉及防爆锂电池单轨吊新型永磁同步一体机驱动装置;技术问题:采用固定张紧力作为单轨吊车调节张紧力的基准,并根据该张紧力作为标准对驱动轮与轨道之间的压力进行调节,而轨道在不同环境下的摩擦系数不同,因此在环境较差时,会发生驱动轮打滑的情况发生,导致发生危险或者财产损失;技术方案:防爆锂电池单轨吊新型永磁同步一体机驱动装置,包括有控制器;本发明通过设置在启动时对装置正常运行所需要的摩擦力进行检测,从而可以使得根据轨道的磨损情况与环境情况对单轨吊车调节张紧力的基准进行调节,防止由于单轨吊车打滑,从而可以防止驱动轮磨损,增加维护成本或者增加危险系数,且可以防止驱动装置失控。
