Provided are a sound wave receiving device, a sound source orientation calibration device, and a sound source orientation calibration method, whereby the orientation of a sound source can be calibrated with high accuracy by suppressing the influence of sound wave noise generated by a rotor of an aircraft and external sound reflected by the sound wave noise on surrounding structures. The present invention is provided with: an aircraft (10) having rotary wings (12); an array sensor (21) mounted on the aircraft (10) and comprising a plurality of microphones (21a); a first shielding member (40) that is provided between the rotating wing (12) and the array sensor (21) and that suppresses the influence of sound wave noise generated by the rotating wing (12) on the sound waves received by the array sensor (21); and a second shielding member (50) that is provided along the peripheral edge of the array sensor (21) and that suppresses reception of external sound from outside a sound wave reception range preset for sound waves by the array sensor (21).
