The invention discloses a semi-active control intelligent vibration reduction automobile seat based on an eddy current damper. The automobile seat comprises seat supporting legs, an eddy current vibration reduction power generation module, a seat cushion body and a seat cushion temperature adjusting module. The eddy current vibration reduction power generation module comprises a damping supporting assembly and a damping adjusting assembly. The damping supporting assembly comprises a permanent magnet, a lifting supporting column, a guide cylinder, a third spring and a third sliding block. The damping adjusting assembly comprises a storage battery, a transverse moving force element and a thermoelectric plate. When the lifting support column slides relative to the guide cylinder, the permanent magnet slides relative to the thermoelectric plate, so that eddy current is formed in the thermoelectric plate; on one hand, eddy current generated when the magnet passes through the conductor plate is used for generating damping force to achieve the vibration reduction effect, and on the other hand, the storage battery is charged through the temperature difference between the two ends of the electric heating plate caused by the eddy current; and the storage battery is used for refrigerating or heating the seat, so that the comfort is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于电涡流阻尼器的半主动控制智能减振汽车座椅;该汽车座椅包括座椅支脚、电涡流减振发电模块、坐垫主体和坐垫调温模块。电涡流减振发电模块包括阻尼支撑组件和阻尼调节组件。阻尼支撑组件包括永磁体、升降支柱、导向筒、第三弹簧和第三滑块。阻尼调节组件包括蓄电池、横移动力元件和热电板。升降支柱相对于导向筒滑动的过程中,永磁体相对于热电板滑动,使得热电板中形成电涡流;本发明一方面利用磁铁经过导体板时形成的电涡流产生阻尼力,达到减振的作用,另一方面利用电涡流导致的电热板两端温度差,为蓄电池充电;再利用蓄电池为座椅提供制冷或加热,提高舒适性。
