A novel C-shaped cabin carbon dioxide ship saddle comprises a fixed end saddle and a sliding end saddle, the fixed end saddle and the sliding end saddle are respectively provided with an upper top surface and a lower bottom surface, and a web plate is fixed between the upper top surface and the lower bottom surface. The whole upper top face is arc-shaped, the radian of the upper top face is the same as that of the surface of the C-shaped cabin, and the upper top face is attached to the outer surface of the C-shaped cabin and welded with the C-shaped cabin into a whole. The lower bottom face is a three-section type bottom face and is composed of a horizontal section located in the middle and inclined sections located on the two sides of the horizontal section, the lower bottom face is fixedly connected with a ship body base through bolts, fastening devices are arranged at the two ends of the lower bottom face of the sliding end saddle, and fastening devices are arranged at the two ends and the two sides of the lower bottom face of the fixed end saddle. The cargo tank has the advantages that the appearance and the tank body are coordinated, materials are saved, the weight of the saddle is reduced, the cargo tank and the ship body are connected through the bolts, the difficulty of on-site hoisting is reduced, movement of the tank body in the vertical direction is directly limited through bolt connection, the function of a floating stopping seat arranged in a conventional ship cargo hold is replaced, and arrangement is more compact.

    一种新型C型舱二氧化碳船鞍座,有固定端鞍座和滑动端鞍座,固定端鞍座和滑动端鞍座均带有上顶面和下底面,上顶面和下底面之间固定有腹板。上顶面整体呈弧形,其弧度与C型舱表面弧度相同,贴合在C型舱外表面,与C型舱焊接为一体。下底面为三段式底面,由位于中间的水平段,和位于水平段两侧的倾斜段组成,下底面通过螺栓与船体基座固定连接,滑动端鞍座下底面的两端设置有紧固装置,固定端鞍座下底面的两端及两侧均设置有紧固装置。本发明具有外形和罐体协调的特点,节省材料降低鞍座重量,通过螺栓连接货罐与船体,降低了现场吊装的难度,采用螺栓连接直接限制了罐体垂直方向的运动,代替常规船货舱内设置的止浮座的功能,使布置更加紧凑。
