The invention provides a demand response type on-road parking reservation matching method and system in an unmanned-manned driving mixed environment, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out the statistics of the traffic characteristics of a road in a shared region at different time periods, and obtaining the supply information of a road parking space; the parking request user submits a parking request reservation to the platform; obtaining a parking space supply matrix and a parking request matrix according to the road parking space supply information and the parking application reservation information; constructing an integer programming parking distribution model; and substituting the parking space supply matrix and the parking request matrix into a parking distribution model to obtain a parking distribution result, and feeding back the parking distribution result to a parking request user. According to the dynamic traffic state, part of road functions can be converted, on-road parking berths are provided, and the urban parking pressure is relieved; invalid bypassing for searching traffic berths is reduced, the travel time cost is reduced, and extra traffic emission is reduced; the existing road resources are used for providing the berths in the road, so that the construction investment of urban parking facilities and the use of land resources are reduced.
本发明提供了一种无人‑有人驾驶混合环境下需求响应式路内停车预约匹配方法及系统,包括如下步骤:统计共享区域内道路不同时段的交通特性,获得道路泊位供给信息;停车请求用户向平台提交停车请求预约;根据道路泊位供给信息与停车申请预约信息,得到泊位供给矩阵和停车请求矩阵;构建整数规划停车分配模型;将泊位供给矩阵和停车请求矩阵代入停车分配模型中,得到停车分配结果,并反馈给停车请求用户。本发明可依据动态交通状态,转换部分道路功能,提供路内停车泊位,缓解城市停车压力;减少寻找交通泊位的无效绕行,降低出行时间成本,减少额外的交通排放;利用现有道路资源提供路内泊位,将减少城市停车设施的建设投资与土地资源的使用。
