The invention discloses a traffic control method and system based on satellite-ground cooperation, and relates to the technical field of traffic engineering, and the method comprises the steps: reading a global ground traffic network, combining a multi-orbit satellite communication network, carrying out the fusion to generate a satellite-ground fusion network, and building the correlation between a traffic management system and the satellite-ground fusion network; performing partition identification based on regional control requirements, and determining a multi-target partition network; executing distributed autonomous management of traffic control, and synchronously collecting continuous collaborative resources; performing traffic control analysis in combination with the scheduling management model, and determining traffic scheduling information; carrying out distributed management of the region, and returning and feeding back management information; judging whether an expected standard is met or not, if not, identifying the deviation degree, and determining compensation scheduling information; and executing traffic management based on the compensation scheduling information. The technical problem of low traffic management efficiency and accuracy in the prior art is solved, and the technical effect of improving the traffic management efficiency and accuracy is achieved.

    本发明公开了基于星地协同的交通管制方法及系统,涉及交通工程技术领域,包括:读取全域的地面交通网络,结合多轨道的卫星通信网络,融合生成星地融合网络,建立交通管理系统与星地融合网络的关联;基于地域控制需求,进行分区标识,确定多目标分区网络;执行交通管制的分布式自治管理,同步采集连续协同资源;结合调度管理模型,进行交通管制分析,确定交通调度信息;进行区域的分布式管理,回传反馈管理信息;判定是否满足期望标准,若否,标识偏离度,确定补偿调度信息;执行基于补偿调度信息的交通管理。本发明解决了现有技术中交通管理效率和准确性低的技术问题,达到了提高交通管理效率和准确性的技术效果。
