The invention discloses a gradient estimation system and method of an electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a pedal position sensing assembly is used for detecting the position change amount of an accelerator pedal of the electric vehicle, a vehicle speed sensing assembly is configured for detecting the vehicle speed of the electric vehicle, and when the change amplitude of the position change amount of the accelerator pedal from the nth second to the (n + k) th second is smaller than 10% of the position change amount of the accelerator pedal in the nth second, the position change amount of the accelerator pedal is detected, when the variation range of the speed of the electric vehicle from the nth second to the (n + k) th second is smaller than 10% of the speed of the electric vehicle at the nth second, the control assembly is used for carrying out a weight estimation program to obtain the speed of the electric vehicle at the (n + k) th second and the weight of the electric vehicle; detecting a torque of a motor of the electric vehicle using a torsiometer; the control assembly is used for further estimating the slope value of the position where the electric vehicle is located according to the vehicle speed and the torsion of the electric vehicle in the (n + k) th second and the estimated weight of the electric vehicle. Therefore, the effect of improving the accuracy of slope estimation of the electric vehicle is achieved.

    本发明公开一种电动车的坡度估算系统与方法。该方法包括:使用踏板位置感测组件来检测电动车的油门踏板的位置变化量以及配置车速感测组件来检测电动车的车速,当油门踏板的位置变化量在第n秒至第n+k秒的变动幅度小于在第n秒的位置变化量的10%时,以及当电动车的车速在第n秒至第n+k秒的变动幅度小于在第n秒的车速的10%时,控制组件用于进行一重量预估程序来获得电动车在第n+k秒的车速以及电动车的重量;使用扭力计来检测电动车的马达的扭力;以及控制组件用以依据电动车在第n+k秒的车速、扭力以及所估算出的电动车的重量,来进一步估算出电动车所在位置的坡度值。借此,本发明达到了提升电动车坡度估算的精确度的效果。
