The present invention relates to a hydraulic steering device for an agricultural work vehicle, comprising: a steering pump; the automatic steering unit is connected with the steering pump; the manual steering unit is respectively connected with the steering pump and the automatic steering unit; a manual switching unit disposed between the steering pump and the manual steering unit; an automatic shut-off unit for selectively preventing the working fluid for automatic steering from being supplied to the steering cylinder according to whether manual steering is performed; and an automatic holding unit that controls the automatic cut-off unit to pass through the working fluid used for automatic steering regardless of whether or not manual steering is performed, and prevents the working fluid from passing through when automatic steering is performed in a state in which manual steering is not performed. When automatic steering is not executed in a state where manual steering is not executed and when manual steering is executed, the operating fluid is passed through, and when manual steering is executed, the traveling direction is changed by the operating fluid supplied from the steering pump through the manual switching unit.
