    本发明实施例公开了一种喷涂光固化功能的变直径柱体外壁全向蠕动机器人,包括两个机器人车体以及分别连接于所述两个机器人车体上部分之间和下部分之间的两条束紧带,所述机器人车体包括上车体、下车体以及连接两者的之间丝杆滑块模组,其中一个所述机器人车体连接有喷涂光固化设备。本发明具有可以在柱体表面全向仿生蠕动、可以适应大尺寸变直径柱体、可以实现管道塔筒等后期免拆损地喷涂及光固化功能等特点,本发明实现了仿生运动节律的全向移动。通过麦克纳姆轮及其弹性悬挂适应大尺寸变直径柱体表面的曲率变化。通过装载喷涂和光固化设备实现塔筒管道等后免拆损补漆,同时喷涂光固化设备紧实一种实用形式,通过更换其他末端,可以实现柔性的实用功能。
