The at least three climbing units are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the inner circumference of the hoop body; the climbing unit comprises a fixing piece connected with the hoop body, a plurality of roller assemblies are arranged on the fixing piece, and the roller assemblies are distributed in the axis direction of the hoop body; the roller assembly comprises mounting pieces and rollers connected with the mounting pieces, the mounting pieces are rotationally connected with the fixing piece, an angle adjusting mechanism is arranged between the fixing piece and the mounting pieces, and the angle adjusting mechanism can drive the mounting pieces to rotate synchronously; the roller comprises a fixed part, a rotating part and a driving mechanism for driving the rotating part to rotate around the fixed part, and the fixed part is connected with the mounting piece. The pole climbing device is provided with the angle adjusting mechanism, so that the climbing spiral angle of the pole climbing device is convenient to adjust.
