The invention discloses a constant-tension suspension device based on the magnetorheological principle. The constant-tension suspension device comprises a constant-tension mechanism, a sling length adjusting mechanism and a support structure. The constant tension mechanism comprises a direct current motor, a synchronous belt module, a PCB conductive slip ring and a rotary magnetorheological damper; the direct-current motor is located on the support structure, an output shaft of the direct-current motor is connected with a first transmission shaft of the rotary magneto-rheological damper through the synchronous belt module, the rotary magneto-rheological damper is rotationally installed on the support structure through the connecting plate, and the PCB conductive slip ring supplies power to a magnet exciting coil of the rotary magneto-rheological damper. And a first flange plate of the sling length adjusting mechanism is connected with a second transmission shaft of the rotary magnetorheological damper. According to the device, the rotary magneto-rheological damper is adopted to replace a traditional elastic buffering element, so that the impact disturbance resistance of the device can be effectively improved, and the force error of the sling is better reduced; the rotary magnetorheological damper with the L-shaped inner rotor structure can output larger damping torque, the rotational inertia of the rotor can be reduced under the rotating working condition, and the influence of the rotational inertia on constant tension control precision is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于磁流变原理的恒拉力悬吊装置,包括恒拉力机构、吊索长度调整机构和支架结构;所述恒拉力机构包括直流电机、同步带模组、PCB导电滑环和旋转式磁流变阻尼器;直流电机位于支架结构上,直流电机的输出轴通过同步带模组与旋转式磁流变阻尼器的第一传动轴连接,旋转式磁流变阻尼器通过连接板转动安装在支架结构上,PCB导电滑环为旋转式磁流变阻尼器的励磁线圈供电,吊索长度调整机构的第一法兰盘与旋转式磁流变阻尼器的第二传动轴连接。该装置采用旋转式磁流变阻尼器代替传统弹性缓冲元件,能够有效提高装置的抗冲击扰动特性,更好地减小吊索的力误差;具有L型内转子结构的旋转式磁流变阻尼器能够输出更大的阻尼力矩,在旋转工况下能降低转子的转动惯量,有效减少转动惯量对恒拉力控制精度的影响。
