The invention relates to the technical field of elevator operation and maintenance, and particularly provides a method and system for recognizing elevator faults through an acceleration sensor, and the method comprises the steps that the acceleration sensor is adopted to obtain acceleration data of x, y and z three freedom degrees of an elevator; decomposing data of the acceleration sensor into uplink and downlink state data and static door opening and closing state data; the ascending and descending operation state data and the static door opening and closing state data of the elevator are preprocessed, and data of a training set under the ascending and descending operation state of the elevator and data of a training set under the static state of the elevator are obtained; deep learning training is conducted on the training sets of the two stages of elevator ascending and descending and elevator static through an LSTM model, and parameter models corresponding to the two stages are obtained; and elevator acceleration sensor data to be processed are input into the two models respectively for fault recognition. According to the invention, the elevator fault is analyzed by using the data of the acceleration sensor, so that the elevator fault analysis is more accurate and higher in efficiency.
本发明涉及电梯运维技术领域,具体提供了一种运用加速度传感器识别电梯故障的方法及系统,包括,采用加速度传感器获取电梯x、y、z三个自由度的加速度数据;将加速度传感器的数据分解为上下行状态数据与静止开关门状态数据;分别对电梯的上下行运行状态数据及静止开关门状态数据进行预处理,获得电梯上下行运行状态下的训练集的数据与电梯静止状态下的训练集的数据;通过LSTM模型分别对电梯上下行和电梯静止两个阶段训练集进行深度学习训练,得到两个阶段对应的参数模型;将待处理的电梯加速度传感器数据分别输入两个模型进行故障识别。本发明利用加速度传感器的数据来分析电梯的故障,使电梯故障的分析更加准确,效率更高。
