The invention provides a short-time traffic flow prediction method and system, and relates to the field of traffic monitoring, and the method comprises the steps: reading a traffic flow record of a target road section in a preset time interval, determining multiple data dimensions, carrying out the preprocessing and hierarchical clustering analysis of the traffic flow record, determining the traffic flow data, and mining an implicit relation between an environment factor and the traffic flow. The method comprises the steps of determining a prediction constraint function, supervising and training an adaptive prediction model by combining the prediction constraint function, reading a traffic flow prediction task and a real-time acquisition environment, executing traffic flow prediction based on the adaptive prediction model, and transmitting predicted flow data to a traffic management system for traffic scheduling adjustment. The technical problems that the traffic flow cannot be sensed and predicted in advance and the traffic cannot be timely and effectively dredged are solved, and the technical effects of intelligently predicting the traffic flow in advance and accurately and efficiently scheduling and adjusting are achieved.

    本发明提供了短时交通流的预测方法及系统,涉及交通监测领域,通过读取预定时间区间内目标路段的交通流记录,确定多数据维度,对所述交通流记录进行预处理与层级聚类分析,确定交通流数据,并挖掘环境因素与交通流的隐含关系,确定预测约束函数,结合所述预测约束函数监督训练自适应预测模型,读取交通流预测任务与实时采集环境,执行基于所述自适应预测模型的交通流预测,将所述预测流量数据传输至所述交通管理系统进行交通调度调整,解决了不能提前对交通流量进行感知预测,及时有效的对交通进行疏通的技术问题,达到了智能化对交通流量进行提前预测,并准确高效的进行调度调整的技术效果。
