The invention discloses a motor driving system with a flywheel energy storage structure, relates to the technical field of motor driving systems, solves the technical problems of energy waste, large power consumption during starting and stopping and incapability of fully utilizing stored energy in the prior art, and comprises a high-energy battery pack, a driving device, a mobile device and a controller, according to the flywheel structure, enhanced mechanical energy can be converted into electric energy and stored in the braking or speed reducing process, due to the fact that the flywheel structure is arranged on the power output shaft of the driving motor, outward tension is increased along with rotation of the output shaft of the motor, kinetic energy is increased, and then the energy efficiency of the system is improved; and meanwhile, the flywheel energy storage structure can enable the output power of the motor to be more stable, so that the system is more stable in the working process, the output power of the driving system combined by the motor and the flywheel is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, the system can more effectively utilize energy, the energy consumption is reduced, and the operation cost of the system is reduced.

    本发明创造公开了一种具备飞轮储能结构的电机驱动系统,涉及电机驱动系统技术领域,解决了现有技术存在能量浪费,启停电能消耗较大,不能充分利用储能的技术问题,包括高能电池组、驱动装置、行动装置和控制器,本发明创造能够在包括但不限于制动或减速过程中将增强机械能转化为电能并储存起来,由于所述飞轮结构置于驱动电机的动力输出轴之上,伴随电机输出轴的旋转而增加向外的张力而增加动能,进而提高了系统的能效;与此同时飞轮储能结构能使电机的输出功率更加平稳,使得系统在工作过程中更加稳定,这样的电机与飞轮组合的驱动系统提升了其输出功率/减少了能源消耗:本系统能够更有效地利用能量,减少了能源消耗,降低了系统的运行成本。
