A device for de-icing an aerodynamic profile (100), said device comprising a surface, referred to as a lower surface, a plurality of unitary cavities (2a, 2b) delimited by a partition grid (3a, 3b) on said surface, and a barrier arranged on said partition grid wherein said surface comprises a first plurality of holes (5) and a second plurality of holes (6), the first plurality of holes connect the single cavities to means for simultaneously generating a negative pressure in the cavities in order to press the barrier onto the partition grid, and the second plurality of holes connect the single cavities to means for generating one or more pressure pulses in at least some selected single cavities, wherein the barrier is equipped with one or more resistive networks (8) positioned below the barrier and aligned with some of the cells (2b, 2c) in order to create a localized electro-thermal de-icing zone in the device.
