The invention relates to the technical field of automobile thermal management systems, in particular to an automobile thermal management system and an automobile. The condenser, the waste heat recoverer and the air supplementing and enthalpy increasing device are all installed on the bottom plate, the flow channel plate is arranged on the bottom plate, a first flow channel unit, a second flow channel unit and a third flow channel unit are arranged on the flow channel plate, and one end of the first flow channel unit is communicated with an exhaust port of the compressor. One end of the second flow channel unit communicates with the second through hole unit, the other end of the second flow channel unit communicates with the first electronic expansion valve, and the outlet end of the first electronic expansion valve communicates with the waste heat recoverer. One end of the third flow channel unit communicates with the third through hole unit, and the other end communicates with an air suction port of the compressor.
