The invention relates to a hydrogen fuel cell deployment method and a vehicle, a U-shaped frame is used for replacing an I-shaped frame, and a plurality of mutually independent accommodating cavities are planned and formed in the width direction of the U-shaped frame according to the size information of the U-shaped frame, so that the space of the U-shaped frame is integrally planned. And in the process of deploying the hydrogen fuel cell, deploying each single cell module in the at least one accommodating cavity according to the first number and the second number. Due to the fact that the first number identifies the minimum number of the single battery modules needed by the hydrogen fuel cell to meet the target power of the whole vehicle in the working state, on the premise that the operation requirement of the whole vehicle is met, the single battery modules are modularly deployed with the containing cavity as the unit, integrated deployment of the hydrogen fuel cell on the U-shaped vehicle frame is achieved, and the overall performance of the hydrogen fuel cell is improved. The space of the U-shaped frame is reasonably and effectively utilized, and the number of other hardware sets for assisting the hydrogen fuel cell to work is reduced, so that the deployment cost of the hydrogen fuel cell is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种氢燃料电池部署方法和车辆,用U型车架替代工字形车架,根据U型车架的尺寸信息,在U型车架宽度方向上规划形成多个彼此独立的容纳腔,从而对U型车架的空间进行整体性规划。在部署氢燃料电池过程中,根据第一数量和第二数量,在至少一个容纳腔中对各单电池模块进行部署。由于第一数量标识了氢燃料电池在工作状态下满足整车目标功率所需单电池模块的最小数量,因此,在满足整车运行需求的前提下,以容纳腔为单位,对单电池模块进行模块化地部署,实现了氢燃料电池在U型车架上一体化地部署,合理有效地利用了U型车架的空间,减少了用于辅助氢燃料电池工作的其他硬件套数,从而降低了氢燃料电池的部署成本。
