The invention discloses an elevator operation fault monitoring system based on the Internet of Things, which comprises an information acquisition unit, an abnormity identification unit, a fault analysis unit and a secondary identification unit, relates to the technical field of elevator operation fault monitoring, and solves the problem that specific reasons of abnormity of an elevator cannot be analyzed by purely monitoring data. In order to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, elevator running images are obtained through an abnormality recognition unit, whether elevator running is abnormal or not is judged, the abnormal situation is further analyzed, the abnormality is analyzed through a fault analysis unit, and the elevator running safety is improved. The overall state of the elevator is monitored by integrating the opening and closing states of the elevator door, meanwhile, the overall running state of the elevator is analyzed according to external factors, the specific reasons of the elevator abnormity are judged according to corresponding images in the analysis process, and maintenance work is conveniently conducted according to the specific reasons of the elevator abnormity subsequently.

    本发明公开了基于物联网的电梯运行故障监测系统,信息采集单元、异常识别单元、故障分析单元和二次识别单元,本发明涉及电梯运行故障监测技术领域,解决了单纯的对数据进行监测不能对电梯出现异常的具体原因进行分析,不方便后续对电梯进行检修的技术问题,本发明通过异常识别单元对电梯运行图像进行获取,并判断电梯运行是否存在异常,且针对出现异常的情况进一步的分析,通过故障分析单元来对异常进行分析,并综合电梯门的开关状态来对电梯整体状态进行监测,同时根据外界因素来对电梯整体运行状态分析,在分析过程中根据对应的图像来判断电梯异常的具体原因,后续根据电梯异常的具体原因方便进行检修工作。
