The invention provides a busy heavy haul railway capacity expansion and transformation contact network construction method, which belongs to the technical field of railway capacity expansion and transformation and comprises a method for replacing a cantilever in a tunnel, a method for replacing a bearing wire in a tunnel section, a method for replacing a bearing wire at a split-phase position and a method for synchronously replacing a station soft span and a bearing wire. The heavy and difficult problems in busy heavy haul railway contact network construction are solved.
