The invention relates to a rope disorder prevention control method and system for an intelligent grab bucket crane, in the descending and ascending processes of a grab bucket, torque distribution of a lifting motor and an opening and closing motor is controlled/adjusted so as to keep H < = H0, a lifting mechanism of the crane is in permanent magnet direct drive, the lifting motor and the opening and closing motor all adopt outer rotor permanent magnet motors, and the rope disorder prevention control method and system are applied to the crane. The supporting rope winding drum adopts an outer rotor shell of a lifting motor or is fixedly arranged on the outer side of an outer rotor of the lifting motor, the opening and closing rope winding drum adopts an outer rotor shell of an opening and closing motor or is fixedly arranged on the outer side of an outer rotor of the opening and closing motor, and the two motors are each provided with a rotary encoder and a torque sensor. And the outputs of the rotary encoders and the torque sensors are connected into a control system. The rope disorder phenomenon in the grab bucket lifting process can be avoided or reduced.

    本发明涉及智能抓斗起重机防乱绳控制方法及系统,在抓斗下降和抓斗上升的过程中,控制/调节起升电机和开闭电机的力矩分配,以保持△H≦△H0,起重机的起升机构永磁直驱的起升机构,起升电机和开闭电机均采用外转子永磁电机,支撑绳卷筒采用起升电机的外转子壳体或固定设置于起升电机外转子的外侧,开闭绳卷筒采用开闭电机的外转子壳体或固定设置于开闭电机外转子的外侧,两电机分别设有各自的均设置各自的旋转编码器和力矩传感器,各旋转编码器和力矩传感器的输出接入控制系统。本发明能够避免或减少抓斗升降过程出现的乱绳现象。
