The invention discloses a road section carbon emission measuring and calculating method and device based on traffic flow characteristics and a medium, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic.     本发明公开了一种基于交通流特性的道路路段碳排放测算方法、装置及介质,属于智能交通技术领域。其中方法包括:路段交通流工况设定,路段碳排放量获取,路段交通流特征与碳排放映射关系获取,实际路段碳排放测算。本发明针对完整的路段交通碳排放数据缺乏的问题,在现有条件下提出了具有可行性和经济性的路段碳排放测算方法,并能够适应不同的道路路段场景,从而解决路段交通流碳排放监测的难点,为交通与环境的管理控制提供支撑。
