The invention discloses a low-power-consumption curb parking video monitoring system and method, and relates to the technical field of intelligent monitoring. The system comprises a video acquisition device which is erected above a parking space in a road to acquire a monitoring image and is configured with image parameters to adjust the maximum exposure time, the frame rate and the gain of the monitoring image; the storage battery is electrically connected with the video acquisition device for power supply; the solar panel is electrically connected with the storage battery to charge the storage battery; the detection circuit is electrically connected with the video acquisition device and the storage battery, performs vehicle target detection on the monitoring image, and adjusts image parameters to obtain an identification image when detecting that a vehicle position change exists in the monitoring area; the identification circuit is electrically connected with the storage battery, is in communication connection with the detection circuit and receives the identification image to identify the license plate number and the parking space number. The system can be in a low-power-consumption mode when no vehicle position changes in the parking space, image parameters are improved to identify the vehicle when the vehicle position changes, the power consumption is low, the system can be matched with a solar panel to take electricity, and wiring electricity taking is avoided.
本发明公开一种低功耗路内停车视频监测系统及方法,涉及智能监控技术领域。其中,系统包括:视频采集装置,架设于路内车位的上方采集监测图像,配置有图像参数以调整监测图像的最大曝光时间、帧率以及增益;蓄电池电连接视频采集装置供电;太阳能板电连接蓄电池,给蓄电池充电;检测电路电连接视频采集装置与蓄电池,对监测图像进行车辆目标检测,且当检测到监测区域内存在车辆位置变化,检测电路调整图像参数得到识别图像;识别电路电连接蓄电池且通信连接检测电路,接收识别图像识别车牌号、车位号。本发明可以在车位内无车辆位置变化时处于低功耗模式,车辆位置变化时提高图像参数识别车辆,功耗小,进而可以配合太阳能板取电,避免布线取电。
