The invention provides an anti-explosion AGV compound system adopting double battery packs. The compound system comprises a main battery power supply loop system, an auxiliary battery power supply loop system and an auxiliary battery charging system. When a positive voltage system of the main battery power supply loop system is established, a positive voltage control unit U3 controls a main loop contactor KM1 to be switched on, and a main battery BAT1 supplies power to a main control unit U2 and an equipment loop unit U1; according to the auxiliary battery power supply loop system, when the power supply voltage of an auxiliary battery BAT2 meets the requirement of a composite system, a positive voltage system is established, and a positive voltage control unit U3 controls a main loop contactor KM1 to be switched on; according to the auxiliary battery charging system, a positive voltage control unit U3 is connected with a main battery BAT1 and an auxiliary battery BAT2, battery parameters are read, when the auxiliary battery BAT2 is lower than a set value, the voltage of the auxiliary battery BAT2 is lower than the voltage of the main battery BAT1, the positive voltage control unit U3 controls a positive voltage system loop contactor KM2 to be switched on, the main battery BAT1 and the auxiliary battery BAT2 are communicated, and the main battery BAT1 charges the auxiliary battery BAT2.

    本发明提供了一种采用双电池组的防爆AGV复合系统,复合系统包括主电池供电回路系统、副电池供电回路系统和副电池充电系统;主电池供电回路系统在正压系统建立时,正压控制单元U3控制主回路接触器KM1接通,主电池BAT1为主控制单元U2和设备回路单元U1提供电源;副电池供电回路系统当副电池BAT2供电电压满足复合系统时,正压系统建立,正压控制单元U3控制主回路接触器KM1接通;副电池充电系统将正压控制单元U3与主电池BAT1和副电池BAT2相连,读取电池参数,当副电池BAT2低于设定值时,副电池BAT2的电压低于主电池BAT1的电压,正压控制单元U3控制正压系统回路接触器KM2接通,连通主电池BAT1和副电池BAT2,使主电池BAT1对副电池BAT2充电。
