The invention discloses a simulation test device and method for vibration damping performance of a variable-pitch pull rod of a helicopter rotor, and relates to the field of test mechanisms. Vane vibration can be simulated, the vibration reduction performance of the variable-pitch pull rod can be tested, and the vibration reduction performance of the variable-pitch pull rod under different working conditions can be obtained. The simulation test device comprises a bearing platform, a supporting seat, a mounting seat, a balancing weight, a displacement sensor support, a displacement sensor and a rotor simulation piece, the top end of a variable-pitch pull rod to be tested is mounted on the rotor simulation piece, the bottom end of the variable-pitch pull rod to be tested is mounted on the mounting seat, and vibration output by the fatigue testing machine is received through the rotor simulation piece. And after the transmission of the variable-pitch pull rod, the displacement of the mounting seat is obtained through the displacement sensor. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, results are clear and easy to understand, displacement data generated after the variable-pitch pull rod of the helicopter rotor receives excitation and transmits the excitation can be measured, and then the rigidity of the variable-pitch pull rod is obtained through calculation.

    本发明公开了一种直升机旋翼变距拉杆减振性能的模拟测试装置及方法,涉及测试机构领域。可以模拟叶片振动、测试变距拉杆减振性能,获取到不同工况下变距拉杆的减振性能。所述模拟测试装置包括承载平台、支撑座、安装座、配重块、位移传感器支架、位移传感器以及旋翼模拟件,待测试的变距拉杆的顶端安装旋翼模拟件上,并且底端安装在安装座上,通过旋翼模拟件接收疲劳试验机输出的振动,并在经过变距拉杆的传递之后,通过位移传感器获取安装座的位移量。本发明结构简单、操作方便、结果清晰易懂,可以测得直升机旋翼变距拉杆在接收激振并传递之后产生的位移数据,进而通过计算得到其刚度。
