When the lifting end of the hoisting movable arm descends, the spring gradually extends to convert gravitational potential energy into elastic potential energy, and when the lifting end of the hoisting movable arm ascends, the elastic potential energy is converted into gravitational potential energy, so that energy consumption is reduced.
