The invention provides a model training method, and a traffic flow prediction method and apparatus. The method comprises the steps of generating first mask information based on sample region information of a sample region; performing mask filtering processing on the sample area information based on the first mask information to obtain first sample information; converting the first sample information into first structured sample information based on a corresponding relationship between different information categories in the sample region information; inputting a first text corresponding to the first structured sample information into a pre-training language model to obtain first regional traffic flow prediction information output by the pre-training language model; on the basis of the first loss value between the first mask information and the first area traffic flow prediction information, the hyper-parameter of the pre-training language model is adjusted to obtain the target traffic flow prediction model, and the target traffic flow prediction model with higher prediction precision can be obtained; the accuracy of traffic flow prediction by using the target traffic flow prediction model is improved to a certain extent.

    本申请提供了一种模型训练方法、车流量预测方法和装置,包括:基于样本区域的样本区域信息生成第一掩码信息;基于第一掩码信息对样本区域信息进行掩码滤波处理,得到第一样本信息;基于样本区域信息中不同信息类别之间的对应关系,将第一样本信息转换为第一结构化样本信息;将第一结构化样本信息对应的第一文本输入预训练语言模型,得到预训练语言模型输出的第一区域车流量预测信息;基于第一掩码信息和第一区域车流量预测信息之间的第一损失值,调整预训练语言模型的超参数,得到目标车流量预测模型,能够得到预测精度更高的目标车流量预测模型,一定程度上提升了使用目标车流量预测模型进行车流量预测的准确性。
