The flat shunting system comprises the LTE private network, an LTE locomotive station, an LTE warden station, N LTE handheld stations, a POC ground server, an LTE interface server, a video server, CTC centralized scheduling equipment and a ground camera, according to the system, a flat shunting service and a ground early warning video display service are added, the functions of shunting instruction transmission and shunting operation order receiving are realized, and the system also has a ground early warning video display function. The plane shunting business is specially processed by the plane shunting business unit and does not interfere with the existing business, the reliability of the system is improved, the plane shunting lamp display is integrated in the MMI interface, the investment of equipment is reduced, and the integration of the system is improved. According to the development work of the LTE plane shunting system, the working mode of the 400M plane shunting system is fundamentally changed, and system integration, networking and broadband are comprehensively realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于LTE专网的平面调车系统,包括LTE专网、LTE机车台、LTE区长台、N台LTE手持台、POC地面服务器、LTE接口服务器、视频服务器、CTC调度集中设备和地面摄像头;该系统增加了平面调车业务和地面预警视频显示业务,实现了调车指令传送和调车作业单接收的功能,还具备地面预警视频显示功能。平面调车业务由平面调车业务单元进行专项处理,与既有业务互不干扰,增加了系统的可靠性,平面调车灯显集成在MMI界面中,减少了设备的投资,增加了系统的集成性。LTE平面调车系统的研制工作,从根本上改变了400M平面调车的系统工作方式,全面走向系统集成化、网络化和宽带化。
