The invention discloses a lifting device capable of being used for adjusting the height of a pod propeller in real time. The lifting device comprises a bearing box, a lifting mechanism, a propeller body, a top cover, a fixing bolt, a pivotal bearing, a ship body, a locking mechanism, a steering device, a sliding ring device and a rotating disc. The propeller body can integrally ascend and descend under the action of the electric telescopic column, the locking mechanism can abut against and lock, prevent looseness and achieve self-locking, the electric telescopic rod can rotate along with the rotating shaft, and the advancing direction of a ship body can be conveniently adjusted. The lifting device capable of being used for adjusting the height of the pod propeller in real time solves the problems that when an existing pod propeller is installed at a fixed position of a ship, the pod propeller cannot be adjusted in a lifting mode according to the draught depth of the ship; the problems that an existing pod propeller can only ascend and descend according to a fixed position, and real-time adjustment of the height of the pod propeller in any draught state within the adjusting range of the device cannot be achieved are solved.
