The invention relates to a blank size design method for forging an aluminum alloy hub, which belongs to the field of design and manufacture of automobile hubs, and comprises the following steps: 1) the blank for forging the aluminum alloy hub is an annular blank, the sizes of a pre-forging blank, a finish-forging blank and a spinning forming intermediate blank in the manufacturing process of the hub are not considered, and the height size of the hub before and after deformation is not changed; and (2) according to the principle that the plastic deformation volume is not changed, the outer diameter size D0 of the hub blank is directly determined according to the outer diameter size D, the height size H, the rim wall thickness size b and the spoke width size B of the hub forged piece. Therefore, all sizes of the hub blank can be determined. The method has the advantages that the size of the aluminum alloy hub blank can be simply and quickly determined according to the given size of the forged aluminum alloy hub, the design efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

    本申请涉及一种锻造铝合金轮毂的毛坯尺寸设计方法,属于汽车轮毂设计制造领域,包括以下步骤:1)锻造铝合金轮毂的毛坯为环形毛坯,不考虑轮毂制造过程中的预锻制坯、终锻坯、旋压成形中间坯的尺寸,且变形前后轮毂的高度尺寸不变;2)根据塑性变形体积不变原理,由轮毂锻件的外径尺寸D、高度尺寸H、轮辋壁厚尺寸b、轮辐宽度尺寸B,直接确定出轮毂毛坯的外径尺寸D0。据此,可以确定出轮毂毛坯的所有尺寸。本发明的优点在于能够通过给定的锻造铝合金轮毂的尺寸,简单、快捷地确定铝合金轮毂毛坯的尺寸,提高了设计效率,降低了生产成本。
