And the predicted zone entering rate and the predicted expressway traffic flow are corrected according to the actual zone entering rate and the actual expressway traffic flow in the previous time period, and the traffic of each vehicle type entering the service area in the next time period is calculated according to the corrected zone entering rate and the corrected expressway traffic flow. The method has the advantages that the traffic flow of the small electric cars and the small non-electric cars entering the service area is predicted separately, and the parking spaces and the materials in the service area are managed according to the predicted traffic flow of each car type, so that the parking spaces and the materials in the service area are reasonably utilized.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路智慧服务区车流量预测方法及管理方法,针对电动小型汽车、非电动小型汽车、客车、货车为对象,基于卷积神经网络模型,进行入区率预测,并根据上一时间段的实际入区率以及实际高速公路车流量对预测的入区率和预测的高速公路车流量进行修正,并根据修正后的入区率和高速公路车流量计算下一时间段进入服务区的各车型的流量。本发明的优点在于:对进入服务区的电动小型汽车和非电动小型汽车的车流量分开进行预测,并根据各车型预测的车流量对服务区的车位以及物资进行管理,使得服务区的车位以及物资得到合理化利用。
