The novel hub suspension decorative cover is composed of an outer shell and a buffering mechanism, the buffering mechanism comprises a bearing, a first balancing weight and a second balancing weight, the first balancing weight is arranged around the axis of the bearing in a rotating mode, the second balancing weight is arranged in the first balancing weight, and the second balancing weight can do reciprocating motion in the first balancing weight in the radial direction. The buffer mechanism is additionally arranged in the decorative plate, particularly, the second balancing weight can do reciprocating motion in the first balancing weight in the radial direction, and vibration from the vertical direction can be flexibly absorbed through the synergistic effect of the first balancing weight, the second balancing weight, the elastic piece and damping grease; by means of the structure, interference of road surface unevenness on shaking of the decorative cover is remarkably reduced, the swing amplitude generated by inertia is reduced, the swing period is shortened, the driving stability and riding comfort of a vehicle are improved, the excellent suspension effect is achieved, and the exquisite and efficient design of a buffering mechanism is shown.
