The invention discloses a fuel cell and a cold start control method and device thereof, and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the temperature of a fuel cell coolant, the request power of a whole vehicle, and the electric quantity of a power cell; heating control is conducted on the fuel cell according to the fuel cell cooling liquid temperature, the whole vehicle request power and the power cell electric quantity; and obtaining the rechargeable power of the power battery, and controlling the fuel battery to provide corresponding output power according to the rechargeable power of the power battery and the vehicle request power. Therefore, the fuel cell is subjected to heating control by combining the fuel cell coolant temperature, the whole vehicle request power and the power of the power cell, and the output power of the fuel cell is dynamically adjusted at any time according to the rechargeable power of the power cell and the whole vehicle request power, so that the power cell is effectively prevented from being overcharged; meanwhile, the fuel cell responds to the power requirement of the whole vehicle in time, the power performance of the whole vehicle is optimized, and the driving experience of a user is improved.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池及其冷启动控制方法、装置和存储介质,其中,方法包括:获取燃料电池冷却液温度、整车请求功率和动力电池电量;根据燃料电池冷却液温度、整车请求功率和动力电池电量,对燃料电池进行加热控制;获取动力电池可充电功率,并根据动力电池可充电功率和整车请求功率,控制燃料电池提供相应的输出功率。由此,结合燃料电池冷却液温度、整车请求功率和动力电池电量对燃料电池进行加热控制,并随时根据动力电池可充电功率和整车请求功率,对燃料电池的输出功率进行动态调整,从而有效防止动力电池过充,同时使燃料电池及时响应整车功率需求,优化整车动力性,提升用户的驾乘体验。
