The invention discloses a three-way magneto-rheological dynamic vibration absorber which comprises a magneto-rheological vibration absorber body, and the magneto-rheological vibration absorber body comprises a one-way magneto-rheological vibration absorber body and a two-way magneto-rheological vibration absorber body. The one-way magneto-rheological vibration absorber is arranged on the seat through a connecting piece and used for absorbing vibration of the seat in the Z direction, the magnetic field intensity is controlled by controlling the current of the magnet exciting coil, the shear stress is changed, and damping adjustment is achieved. The two-way magneto-rheological vibration absorber is arranged on the one-way magneto-rheological vibration absorber through the cross beam and used for absorbing vibration of the seat in the X direction and the Y direction, the magnetic field intensity is controlled by controlling the current of the magnet exciting coil, and rigidity adjustment is achieved. The one-way magneto-rheological vibration absorber and the two-way magneto-rheological vibration absorber jointly achieve absorption of vibration of the seat.
