Transverse acceleration change information of a detected position acceleration sensor is obtained in real time through a three-axis acceleration sensor; according to continuously collected acceleration information of the three-axis acceleration sensor, whether acceleration values in three continuous periods exceed a first preset value or not is judged, and if yes, it is judged that a first train derailment condition is met; the composite sensor is used for continuously collecting wheel set vibration information in real time, and when it is detected that more than three abnormal impacts exceeding the maximum conventional vibration threshold value exist in signals to be analyzed and the impact interval is consistent with the fastener sleeper interval, it is judged that the train derailment condition II is met; and combining the judgment results of the first train derailment condition and the second train derailment condition, and when the two conditions are met at the same time within 3 minutes, reporting a train derailment alarm. According to the scheme, the safety and stability of the subway train running gear system can be effectively improved.
