The invention discloses a filling test method for a liquefied gas transport ship, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the cooling of a first liquefaction cabin through liquid nitrogen, sequentially introducing nitrogen generated in the cooling process into other liquid cargo cabins, carrying out the drying/inerting, replacing the nitrogen in the first liquefaction cabin through natural gas, and carrying out the drying/inerting. After replacement, liquefied natural gas is introduced into the first liquidation tank, a spraying pump in the first liquid cargo tank is adopted to spray the liquefied natural gas in the first liquid cargo tank to the second liquid cargo tank for tank cooling, and nitrogen in the third liquid cargo tank is replaced by natural gas generated in the tank cooling process of the second liquid cargo tank; and the subsequent liquid cargo tank cold cabin repeats the operation. Generation of mixed gas of nitrogen and natural gas is reduced, and waste of the natural gas in the test process is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种液化气运输船的加注试验方法,该加注试验方法包括采用液氮对第一液化舱进行冷舱,并将冷舱过程中产生的氮气依次通入其他液货舱进行干燥/惰化,采用天然气气体对第一液化舱内的氮气进行置换,置换之后在第一液化舱内通入液态天然气,采用第一液货舱内的喷淋泵将第一液货舱内的液态天然气喷淋至第二液货舱以进行冷舱,在第二液货舱冷舱的过程中产生的天然气气体对第三液货舱内的氮气进行置换,后续液货舱冷舱重复上述操作。本发明减少了氮气与天然气混合气的产生,大大节省了试验过程中天然气的浪费。
