The cable deicing robot aims to solve the problems that in the deicing process of an existing cable deicing robot, an insulating layer of a cable is prone to being damaged, and the deicing working efficiency is low. A micro motor is adopted to drive a gear to rotate, and the gear drives a first rack and a second rack to move relatively and transversely at the same time, so that a right supporting arm and a left supporting arm are driven to move relatively and transversely, and a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw approach each other relatively; a controller in the unmanned aerial vehicle body transmits a brake signal to a micro motor, the micro motor stops rotating, a driving motor drives a chain to do continuous circular motion at the moment, then an ice breaking blade on the chain is driven to continuously slide on an ice shell outside a cable, and the ice shell on the outer surface of the cable can crack or break; therefore, the ice shell on the outer surface of the cable can be broken. The method is suitable for the technical field of electric power engineering.

    一种线缆除冰无人机,涉及电力工程技术领域。为解决现有的线缆除冰机器人在除冰的过程中,容易对线缆的绝缘层造成破坏,并且除冰的工作效率较低的问题。采用微型电机带动齿轮转动,齿轮同时带动一号齿条和二号齿条相对横向移动,从而带动右支臂与左支臂相对横向移动,使一号卡爪和二号卡爪相对靠近,当一号卡爪和二号卡爪之间的距离逐渐接近线缆外径时,无人机本体中的控制器将制动信号传递给微型电机,微型电机停止转动,此时驱动电机带动链条做连续性圆周运动,进而带动链条上的破冰刀片在线缆外部的冰壳上连续的滑动,可以使线缆外表面的冰壳产生裂纹或破裂,从而实现对线缆外表面的冰壳进行破除。本发明适用于电力工程技术领域。
