The invention discloses an intelligent cruise system for a pure electric vehicle and a using method thereof.The intelligent cruise system comprises a vehicle control unit, an input device and an output device, the input device comprises a multifunctional steering wheel, a brake pedal module and an accelerator pedal module, the output device comprises a motor controller and an instrument module, and the vehicle control unit comprises an intelligent cruise software program. The intelligent cruise software program comprises a control system, the control system is divided into an input unit, a control unit and an output unit, the driving fatigue feeling is greatly reduced, the driving comfort and stability are improved, the application flexibility of intelligent cruise is greatly improved by utilizing the setting of the intelligent cruise software program, closed-loop control is carried out through a PID algorithm, and the driving safety is improved. The output control curve is smoother, acceleration control is adopted in the cruising speed recovery state, energy recovery can be achieved through sliding negative torque when the vehicle speed is too large, meanwhile, abnormal signals are processed through a cruising safety algorithm, and the function safety and reliability are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车用智能巡航系统及其使用方法,包括整车控制器、输入装置、输出装置,输入装置包括多功能方向盘、制动踏板模块、油门踏板模块,输出装置包括电机控制器、仪表模块,整车控制器包含有智能巡航软件程序,智能巡航软件程序包括有控制系统,控制系统分为输入单元、控制单元和输出单元,本申请大大降低了驾驶疲劳感,提高驾驶的舒适性与稳定性,利用了智能巡航软件程序的设置,大大提高了智能巡航的应用灵活性,又通过PID算法进行闭环控制,输出控制曲线更加平滑,巡航速度恢复状态采用加速度控制,车速过大时可利用滑行负扭矩实现能量回收,同时利用了巡航安全算法对异常信号进行处理,极大提高功能安全性与可靠性。
