A direct-current charging pile comprises a charger, a direct-current charging controller, a standard device and a network transmission end. The remote monitoring method comprises the following steps: step 1, presetting a standard measurement value parameter in the standard device; 2, monitoring a power line in a physical connection stage of the charger by using an etalon; 3, monitoring the insulation performance of the low-voltage auxiliary power-on stage by using a standard device; step 4, comparing the metering of a charging value by the standard device with a preset parameter in the charging process; 5, after charging is finished, the standard device monitors the charger after electric energy discharging; and step 6, transmitting the data to a charging pile data monitoring platform through a network transmission end. According to the direct current charging pile metering remote monitoring method, parameters of all stages are monitored through the standard device, data tracking of real-time monitoring is guaranteed, and the purposes of safe and reliable operation of the unattended direct current charging pile and fair and fair trade settlement are achieved.
