The invention provides a system and method for improving the cooling efficiency of a battery in a vehicle and the vehicle. The system comprises heat dissipation equipment capable of cooling a high-temperature refrigerant; the heat dissipation equipment is positioned outside the split air conditioning box; the system further comprises an air blower and at least one heat exchanger. The air blower and the at least one heat exchanger are located in the split air-conditioning box, and the air blower can suck air in the passenger compartment into the split air-conditioning box from the outside of the split air-conditioning box, so that the at least one heat exchanger exchanges heat with the air from the passenger compartment; a cooling liquid passage and/or a refrigerant passage through which a cooling liquid and/or a high-temperature refrigerant can pass are/is arranged between the heat exchanger and the heat dissipation equipment; when a refrigerant passage is arranged between the heat exchanger and the heat dissipation equipment, the refrigerant passage is communicated with the heat dissipation equipment and the heat exchanger, so that a high-temperature refrigerant can be cooled in the heat dissipation equipment; when a cooling liquid passage is arranged between the heat exchanger and the heat dissipation equipment, the cooling liquid passage is communicated with the heat dissipation equipment and the heat exchanger, so that cooling liquid can enter the heat exchanger to be cooled.
