本发明涉及海洋工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种FPSO改造成FSRU的施工方法,包括如下步骤:提供FPSO,拆除FPSO的第一上部模块以及主甲板;将FPSO的货舱改造成B型舱,并确定所述B型舱的总舱容;恢复安装主甲板,于所述主甲板上安装第二上部模块;拆除所述FPSO的发电模块以及调整所述FPSO的机舱中的舱内设备,设置电缆,所述电缆用以连接岸电并对FSRU供电;改造所述FPSO的尾部模块的输油方式为向B型舱输送LNG;改造连接于FPSO的单点系泊;核算改造后的FPSO和单点系泊的参数。本发明解决了对FPSO资源的浪费,提高了港口的资源利用率,实现了对闲置FPSO的再利用,节约了成本。
The invention relates to the technical field of ocean engineering, in particular to a construction method for transforming an FPSO into an FSRU, which comprises the following steps: providing an FPSO, and dismantling a first upper module and a main deck of the FPSO; a cargo hold of the FPSO is transformed into a B-type cabin, and the total cabin capacity of the B-type cabin is determined; the main deck is recovered to be installed, and a second upper module is installed on the main deck; a power generation module of the FPSO is removed, equipment in a cabin of the FPSO is adjusted, and a cable is arranged and used for being connected with shore power and supplying power to an FSRU; transforming an oil transportation mode of a tail module of the FPSO into LNG transportation to a B-type cabin; single point mooring connected to the FPSO is transformed; and the parameters of the modified FPSO and single point mooring are calculated. According to the invention, the waste of FPSO resources is solved, the resource utilization rate of a port is improved, the reuse of idle FPSO is realized, and the cost is saved.
