The system comprises a machine body, a battery, an undercarriage, a foot stool electric shock plate and a parking apron. A cabin for accommodating a battery is arranged on the machine body; a first positive electrode charging line, a first negative electrode charging line and a first on-off line are led out from the battery; the undercarriage is arranged on the aircraft body; the foot stand electric shock plate is arranged on the undercarriage, and a second positive electrode charging line, a second negative electrode charging line and a second on-off line are led out from the foot stand electric shock plate. The second anode charging line is connected with the first anode charging line, the second cathode charging line is connected with the first cathode charging line, and the second on-off line is connected with the first on-off line. A machine nest electric shock plate is arranged on the parking apron and is in contact with the foot stand electric shock plate; a charging management module is arranged on the parking apron, and the output end of the charging management module is electrically connected with the machine nest electric shock plate so as to control starting, shutdown or charging of the battery.
