And the main control device is connected with the pressure sensor and the adjusting mechanism, and is used for calculating the adjusting length according to the measured pressure, the gravity of the hoisted object, the total length of the chain and the distance between the two mounting points of the mounting position, and controlling the position of the adjusting mechanism on the chain. The problem that the balance of the hoisted object cannot be automatically adjusted in real time in the hoisting process in the prior art can be solved.

    本申请涉及一种自适应平衡吊具、吊装方法及主控系统,框体上具有沿整车坐标系的Y方向布置的两个安装位置,所述安装位置包括沿X方向布置的两个安装点,且两个安装位置的安装点呈方形分布;用于挂接吊物的挂臂设于所述安装点下部,且其上设置有测量吊物压力的压力传感器;链条与调节机构相连,且其两端分别连接于所述安装位置的两个安装点;主控装置与所述压力传感器和调节机构相连,并用于根据测量的压力、吊物重力、所述链条的总长度和所述安装位置的两个安装点之间的距离,计算出调整长度,并控制调节机构在所述链条上的位置。本申请可以解决相关技术中无法在起吊过程中实时自行调整吊物平衡的问题。
