The invention provides a lifting device for ship turbine maintenance and a using method thereof. The lifting device comprises a lifting device, a steel cable, a lantern ring and a connecting assembly. The number of the steel cables is at least four, one end of each steel cable is fixedly connected with the corresponding lantern ring, the other end of each steel cable is connected with the lifting device, and the connecting assembly is configured to detachably and fixedly connect every two adjacent lantern rings or detachably and fixedly connect the lantern rings with through holes in the wheel machine. The problem that in the prior art, a ship turbine hoisting device is only suitable for turbines of part specifications, and consequently inconvenience is brought to overhaul work is solved.
本发明提供一种船舶轮机检修用吊起装置及其使用方法,包括提升装置、钢索、套环和连接组件;所述钢索至少设置有四个,每个所述钢索的一端均固定连接有所述套环,每个所述钢索的另一端与所述提升装置连接,所述连接组件配置成将相邻两个所述套环可拆卸固定连接或者将所述套环与所述轮机上的通孔可拆卸固定连接。本发明解决了现有技术中船舶轮机吊起装置只适用于部分规格的轮机,从而给检修工作带来不便的问题。
