The invention discloses an urban road network congestion source point identification method based on congestion propagation characteristics, and the method comprises the steps: determining the travel speed of a road segment through the GPS data of a floating vehicle; according to the relative relation between the road section travel speed and the free flow speed, the road section operation state is judged; based on the road section operation state, continuous congestion time slices are identified, and a road section congestion event is obtained; according to the occurrence sequence relation of the road section congestion events, merging the downstream road section congestion events and the upstream road section congestion events which have inclusion relation in time to obtain multi-road section congestion events; and taking the most downstream road section of the multi-road-section congestion event as a congestion starting road section, and identifying the congestion starting road section to obtain a congestion source point. The road network congestion source can be effectively identified, the key bottleneck of road network congestion can be found out, and technical support is provided for promoting blockage relieving and smoothness keeping.

    本发明公开了一种基于拥堵传播特征的城市路网拥堵源点识别方法,包括:利用浮动车GPS数据,确定路段行程速度;根据路段行程速度与自由流速度的相对关系,判定得到路段运行状态;基于路段运行状态,识别连续拥堵时间片段,得到路段拥堵事件;依据路段拥堵事件发生的先后关系,将在时间上存在包含关系的下游路段拥堵事件与上游路段拥堵事件进行合并,得到多路段拥堵事件;将多路段拥堵事件的最下游路段作为拥堵起始路段,对所述拥堵起始路段进行识别,得到拥堵源点。本发明能够有效识别路网拥堵源头、找出路网拥堵关键瓶颈,为推进缓堵保畅提供了技术支持。
