The invention relates to a transmission mechanism suitable for a novel electric control hydraulic brake booster, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle brake systems. A sun gear in the planetary gear speed reducing mechanism is assembled on a rotor shaft of the motor in an interference mode, the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the end of the rotor shaft through a positioning sleeve, and a ball screw assembly with a bearing in the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a planetary gear in the planetary gear speed reducing mechanism in a small clearance fit mode. A gear ring in the planetary gear speed reduction mechanism is in anti-rotation connection with a bearing pressing sleeve of the hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder body cover of the hydraulic cylinder is in threaded connection with a cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder, and axial movement of the ball screw assembly with the bearing is limited through the bearing pressing sleeve. The hydraulic cylinder pressure buildup device has the advantages that the structure is novel, the pressure buildup requirement of the hydraulic cylinder with the large cylinder diameter is met through the motor with the small size and torque, and meanwhile the requirement for providing large liquid amount for a brake is met; and the system is high in working efficiency, is suitable for large vehicles, adopts wire control brake, and can realize active collision avoidance, self-adaptive cruise and intelligent driving systems.

    本发明涉及一种适用于新型电控液压制动助力器的传动机构,属于车辆制动系统技术领域。行星齿轮减速机构中的太阳轮过盈装配在电机的转子轴上,液压缸通过定位套与转子轴的端部连接,液压缸中的带轴承的滚珠丝杠组件上小间隙配合装配行星齿轮减速机构中的行星齿轮,行星齿轮减速机构中的齿圈与液压缸的轴承压套防转连接,液压缸的缸体盖与其缸体螺纹连接,通过轴承压套限定带轴承的滚珠丝杠组件的轴向窜动。优点是结构新颖,通过体积及扭矩较小的电机,实现较大缸径的液压缸建压的要求,同时确保为制动器提供较大液量的需求;工作效率高,适用于较大车辆采用线控制动,可实现主动避撞、自适应巡航、智能驾驶系统中。
