The invention discloses an integrated centrally-mounted instrument and an electric scooter, the integrated centrally-mounted instrument comprises a handlebar, a front frame, a pedal assembly, a wheel assembly and the integrated centrally-mounted instrument, and the integrated centrally-mounted instrument comprises a shell, an instrument controller and a display panel; the shell comprises an integrated base body and a connecting body located on the lower side of the base body. The base body and the connecting body are formed through aluminum die casting, and a transverse connecting hole penetrating through the two sides of the base body is formed in the front section of the base body. A containing cavity is formed in the base body and extends to the upper surface of the base body to form an instrument window. The instrument controller and the display panel are located in the containing cavity, and the surface of the display panel is exposed out of the instrument window. The handlebar cross beam transversely penetrates through the transverse connecting hole, and handles of the handlebar are located on the two sides of the integrated middle instrument. The connecting body is inserted into the upper end of the front frame upright post and is fixed; and the instrument plays a role of a connecting component of the handlebar and the front frame, so that the use of welding or other fasteners is reduced, and the assembly process of the whole front frame is more efficient.
